Cancelling your subscription

If you cancel your subscription, it will take effect at the end of the current subscription period. You will enjoy all the benefits of subscription until the cancellation takes effect.

Refund policy

Baasic cannot provide partial refunds on monthly subscription plans. If you prepaid for 12 months of service, we will provide you with a prorated refund equal to the number of months you paid minus the number of months you used Baasic services (including your current month).
